Overview

Villa Sous la Falaise is a comfortable 4-bedroom villa located on St. Jean Bay within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The villa’s peaceful waterfront setting evokes an earlier time on St. Barts and guests are lulled by the sound of waves lapping at the shore. Sunsets from villa Sous la Falaise are spectacular.

Separate cottages offer a superb view of the beach and the Eden Rock Hotel. A stone path connects the individual bedroom cottages to the main living, dining, and kitchen bungalow. The living room opens to an outdoor dining area and views of the bay. A counter separates the well-equipped kitchen from the living area.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed with mosquito netting, an ensuite bathroom, and French doors leading to a terrace with a view. The fourth bedroom, which is located the farthest from the house, has its own kitchenette.

A large pool and barbecue area, which is ideal for entertaining, is located below the bungalows. Steps from the house lead down to the coastline and a private dock. The house also has WiFi and satellite Dish network.

Villa Sous la Falaise comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 12 and older.
