Overview

The living room with a high ceiling, comfortable furnishings, and an entertainment center can be air-conditioned or opened to the breeze and view. The well-equipped kitchen is located in a separate unit, while the large outdoor dining table can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Each bedroom has a West Indies style and an open bathroom with screens. The main level houses 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, while the other bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower only. A flight of stairs descends to the third bedroom, which has a European king-size bed, a small private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

A wooden deck with ample seating areas in both the sun and shade frames the heated infinity swimming pool, which opens to the panoramic view. This villa also comes with beach chairs and an umbrella, a cooler, U.S. satellite TV, and WiFi.

Villa Gearon, or Gearon, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
