Eden House

Overview

Villa Eden House is a 3-bedroom villa located in Marigot within a short walk to the beach, as well as minutes from several other beaches and shopping. Designed by a European architect, this modern villa has a minimalist style with clean-cut lines and angles.

Natural materials and top-quality finishes, such as teak woodwork, lava stone, and Balinese pebble floors, are accented with beautiful modern Italian furniture. Rooms are painted gray, each with a different vibrant color accent.

The living area has large white sofas, a tangerine orange coffee table, and contemporary Italian lighting with steel downlights. The gourmet kitchen offers top-of-the-line equipment, including 2 stainless-steel refrigerators and 2 Miele dishwashers. Dine-in comfort at the Italian-designer table inside, or at a matching one on the shaded terrace outside.

The 3 bedrooms all share the same design, each with its own color scheme: bougainvillea pink, turquoise, and banana-leaf green. One bedroom is located off the main living area, while the other 2 bedrooms are located above. The ensuite bathrooms have pebble-inlaid showers with overhead stainless steel showerheads, hand-held showers, and double vanities.

A huge deck with chaise lounges surrounds the large infinity pool, which has programmable lighting that provides an ever-changing light show at night or one particular color. A path leads down through the tropical gardens to the property's own private coconut grove and access to the sea.

Villa Eden House comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 5 and older, but does not allow pets.
