Overview

Cleverly designed, the property makes maximum use of both sunlight and breezes. The spacious living space is open on both sides and seamlessly connects to the heated pool. An extra-large dining table is situated in the middle of the open floor plan and benefits from gentle breezes. The modern kitchen is discreetly tucked away in a corner.

Just behind the kitchen is a master bedroom with its European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower, which opens to the outdoors. Connected to this room is a small guest room with a queen-size bed. A separate bathroom with a shower compliments this room. The third bedroom is located on the other side of the villa. This second master bedroom has a European king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

A wooden deck with loungers frames the heated pool. A small dining table in front of the pool is covered with an awning, which can be fully opened. This villa also comes with Apple and satellite TV, WiFi, a Bose sound system, barbecue, crib and a safe. A car rental is also included.

Villa Triagoz, or Triagoz, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
