Villa L' Enclos is a 2-bedroom villa located in Colombier within minutes of several beaches and shopping. Nestled high on the hillside, this property offers spectacular ocean views. This villa has sunset views year-round.

Lush vegetation surrounds this recently renovated and redecorated villa. The new living and dining room opens onto a large terrace facing the ocean and outdoor dining area. The living room shares its space with an indoor dining area and a modern, well-equipped kitchen.

One of the master bedrooms, located in an independent cottage, has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace with ocean view. The second master, also located in an independent cottage, has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom.

Next to the outdoor shower is an infinity pool, which appears to overflow into the ocean. A deck, which surrounds the pool, offers comfortable sofas, making this an ideal spot for watching sunsets. The house also has WiFi, a treadmill, a gas grill, and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa L' Enclos comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children but does not allow pets.
