The home boasts a beautiful view to the open courtyard and the Boardwalk Inn. Conveniently located within a few shady steps of the beach or Boardwalk pools & cabana complex, this vacation home comes with a pool pass and pool towel cards for the Boardwalk pools. The home provides superior privacy for guests by the layout of bedrooms, making this home especially suited for families and groups of adults with different sleeping hours. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, high definition streaming TV's and large bathrooms with double sinks.

The living room features porcelain floors, overhead fans, new furniture, high definition smart TV, Blu-Ray player, games and beach reading. Off of the living area is a shady patio with seating for six. The dining room seats up to eight guests at the table with room for more. There is an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar with four stools, new kitchen appliances and granite counters. A king master suite bedroom is located just past the kitchen as well as a large bathroom.
