Overview

Hahn's Peak Residence offers a spectacular location with a front row, grandstand view of the Steamboat Ski Mountain as a backdrop to your stay. The large, open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and living room creating a free-flowing space at the heart of the residence.

The professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight aspiring chefs, or you can grill in the great outdoors at the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.

This residence is designed for entertaining, with a dining table that will seat 10. Larger groups can add another three guests with bar seating at the kitchen island. Additional chairs are available for additional dinner guests.

It offers four bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, and the flexible bedding options will comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. The master bedroom with TempurPedic mattress sets the mood with a gas fireplace and the master bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. The Guest Master also offers a king bed. The third bedroom offers a queen with a twin bunk over it and the fourth offers two twin bunk beds and a queen bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the great room.

State of the art a/v equipment, including a 50-inch TV in the great room, provides hi-definition entertainment after a full day of activity. The residence includes an iMac home computer and "day-trader" nook with another mini-TV so you can stream MSNBC direct to your work station if you need to follow the markets in real-time during your stay. Naturally, this also includes high-speed WiFi allowing internet service for all guests. A printer is available at the front desk, and guests can also videoconference with the front desk from the home office area.
